PROVA Risk is set up per organisation. The first person to sign up becomes the organisation's Owner, and everyone else is invited from inside the app.
Step 1: Sign up
Go to the sign-up page and enter your name, work email and a password. Use the email you want all PROVA notifications to reach.
Step 2: Verify your email
We send a verification link straight away. Open it to confirm your address. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your junk folder, then use "Resend" on the verification screen.
Step 3: Tell us about your organisation
Enter the organisation name, the type of venue you mainly operate, and roughly how many sites you'll be adding. You can change all of this later.
Step 4: Choose your plan and pay
Pick the number of site licences you need and click "Go to Payment". You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. Once payment completes, you're returned to PROVA and your organisation is live.
If "Go to Payment" sends you back to the login page
Your session timed out while you were filling the form. Log in again and you'll be brought straight back to the pricing step with your details kept.
If Stripe rejects your postcode
Stripe validates UK postcodes. Enter it in the standard format, for example SW1A 2JH, with the space.
What happens next
The first time you log in you'll be asked to set up two-factor authentication. See "Setting up two-factor authentication".
