The Training Portal shows the videos assigned to you for your site, in the order to watch them.
Watching a video
Click a video to play it. Your progress is saved as you go, so you can stop and come back later. A video counts as watched once you reach the end.
Acknowledging the document
After each video you're shown the related procedure document for your site. Read it, then tick to confirm you've read and understood it. The training is only complete once you've acknowledged the document.
Your progress
The bar at the top shows how much of your training is done. Your Premises Controller sees the same figure, so there's no need to tell them when you've finished.
Working across more than one site
If you work at several sites, use the Site dropdown to switch. Progress is tracked separately for each site because the procedures differ.
A video won't play
Try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't load, check you have a stable connection, then contact your Premises Controller if the problem continues.
