After your assessment, PROVA's Plan Builder walks you through the procedures your site needs: Evacuation, Invacuation (moving people to safety inside), Lockdown, and Communication.
Step by step
Each plan is a short series of steps. Every step has a video from Captain Chris explaining what good looks like, then a few questions about your site. Answer them and click Next. Your progress is saved at each step, and you can come back later.
The site plan step
The floor plan is shared across all your plan types. Upload and annotate it once, and it's marked complete in the others. See "Uploading your floor plan" if Next won't enable.
Reusing answers
Once you've completed one plan, PROVA offers the answers and drawings that apply to the others, so the second and third plans are much quicker.
Publishing
When every step is complete, click Publish. Your Premises Controller and BRP are notified, the plan is available to download as a PDF, and your site staff see the relevant procedure document in their Training Portal.
Editing a published plan
Open the plan and make your changes, then publish again. The previous version is kept in the site's history.
Which plans you need
Standard Tier sites need all four. PROVA only shows a plan type as required when your assessment calls for it.
