PROVA produces a compliance report for each site: a single PDF that brings together your assessment, your ratings, your plans and the state of your mitigations.
When it's generated
Automatically when you complete the assessment, and again whenever you retake it. You can also regenerate it at any time from the site's Documents page to pick up your latest mitigation progress and evidence.
What's in it
The site details and capacity, your risk ratings, the procedures you've put in place, each mitigation with its status and evidence, training completion, and exercise records. Enhanced Tier sites also include the assessor's findings and additional measures.
Downloading and sharing
Open the site, go to Documents, and download the current report. Previous versions are kept so you can show how things have progressed. Share it with your insurer, your board or an inspector as needed.
Keeping it current
The report reflects the site at the moment it was generated. Regenerate it after a batch of mitigations is completed or before a review, so what you share is up to date.
Organisation-wide view
Owners and BRPs get a monthly summary across all sites by email, showing where each site stands.
