Once the assessor has completed the site visit, their findings come back into PROVA for you to act on.
Results
The assessor's vulnerability scores and findings appear on the site's Enhanced Tier page. Each finding explains what was observed and why it matters for your premises.
Additional measures
Alongside your Standard Tier mitigations, you'll see the additional measures the assessor recommends. Review them and confirm which you'll adopt. Each can be assigned and tracked like any other mitigation, with evidence attached as you complete them.
Your Enhanced Tier report
When you confirm the measures, PROVA generates your Enhanced Tier report as a PDF, combining your Standard Tier assessment, the assessor's findings and the measures you've committed to. It's filed under the site's documents and your Premises Controller and BRP are notified.

Keeping it current
Enhanced Tier measures show on the site dashboard with the rest of your compliance progress. If the premises changes significantly, retake the Standard Tier assessment, and PROVA will tell you if another visit is recommended.
