Each site in PROVA needs a licence. Your subscription includes the number you chose at sign-up, and you can add more at any time.
Who can buy
The Owner and the Billing Admin. Other roles see the Purchase Sites button but are asked to contact one of them.
Step 1: Click Purchase Sites
It's in the sidebar, and also appears on the Sites page when you've used all your licences.
Step 2: Choose how many
Pick the number of additional sites. The price shown is per site and is pro-rated to your current billing period, so you only pay for the time left until your renewal.
Step 3: Pay
You're taken to the secure Stripe checkout with your saved payment method. Once payment completes, the new licences are available straight away and you can add sites immediately.
Seeing what you have
Organisation, then Billing, shows your total licences, how many are in use and your renewal date.
Freeing up a licence
Archiving a site releases its licence for reuse. Its records are kept.
Invoices and receipts
Every payment is emailed to the Billing Admin and the Owner, and all invoices are available under Billing.
