The bell
The bell in the top corner shows how many unread notifications you have. Click it to see them. Notifications are things that need your attention or that you'd want to know about: a task assigned to you, a reminder, a plan published at your site, training completed by your staff.
Who gets what
You only see notifications that concern you. A reminder sent to a Premises Controller goes to that PC and the organisation's BRP, not to everyone. Organisation-wide events, such as a new site being added, go to all members.
Marking as read
Opening the bell marks what you've seen as read. You can also mark everything read in one click.
The Activity Log
Under Organisation, the Activity Log is the full history of what has happened across your sites: assessments completed, plans published, staff added, reminders sent, threat level changes. Filter by category, action, person or date. Owners and BRPs can export the log as a CSV for auditors.
What you won't see
Reminder and notification entries that were only sent to other people don't appear in your log. Your Owner or BRP sees the complete picture.
